A calming and supportive hypnotherapy session designed to help you create a healthier, more balanced relationship with food.
Freedom From Food gently explores the emotional connection we can have with eating, helping to release guilt, comfort eating patterns, cravings and negative self-talk around food and body image.
This is not about restriction, dieting or pressure.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself, understanding your habits with compassion and creating a calmer mindset around food choices.
- Through guided relaxation and hypnotherapy, you’ll be supported to:
- Reduce emotional eating patterns
- Calm food guilt and overwhelm
- Build self-worth and self-control
- Feel more balanced and mindful around food
- Create healthier habits from a place of self-care
Held in the peaceful setting of The Hidden Escape at The Same Yet Inn, this session offers a safe and welcoming space to relax, reset and refocus your mindset.
No previous experience with hypnotherapy is needed.
