This programme is conducted over 3 sessions, designed to bring about a gradual change to your mindset – to give you a set of ‘tools’ that can help you recognize your triggers, enabling you to let go of things that don’t matter, and focus your energy on what you can control – your mind.

How to Create Instant Calm, Resilience and Change Responses to Stress
Everyone has stress, but few have the skills to deal with it. Stress is the body’s reaction to any change that require an adjustment or response .The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental and emotional responses, stress is a normal part of life. Even positive life changes such as a promotion, a mortgage or the birth of a child produces stress.
This programme is to receive the life skills and strategies to create calm in your life. When we believe we are stressed, this is simply the result of one system (the stress response) doing too much, and the other system ( our natural relaxation) doing too little,
